Relive the Magic of the
Latina Business
Summit 2025
This video captures the energy, connection, and empowerment that filled the room at our first-ever Latina Business Summit, hosted by La Plaza and ¡DALE! in Georgetown, Delaware.
Over 150 Latina entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders came together for a powerful day of inspiration, networking, and celebration. Through dynamic panels, meaningful conversations, and joyful moments, this event reminded us of the strength and potential within our community.
While the summit was just one day, our work continues. La Plaza offers ongoing business classes, coaching, and workshops to help Latino entrepreneurs grow and thrive all year long.

Sussex County Latino Community
Sussex County Latinos are the fastest growing population group in America. In Delaware, they comprise almost 10% of the population and in Georgetown – the county seat – that number jumps to 39.5%. Whether they are multi-generational Americans or new arrivals, they never lose sight of the American Dream of educational, economic, and asset building opportunities for themselves and their families.
