Latinos are the fastest-growing population in America. In Sussex County, the Latino community grew by 43% over the past decade, increasing from 20,542 in 2016 to 29,438 in 2026. In Georgetown, that figure reaches 50%, while Milford experienced an impressive 88% growth. Whether multi-generational Americans or new arrivals, Latino families continue to pursue the American Dream through education, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity.
